Description

Star Construction & Maintenance were appointed as the Main Contractor for a new Star Sports shop in Nuneaton, Warwickshire.

We started by stripping out all existing materials and then proceeded to install new fire separation to the current party walls and ceilings to provide compartmentation to the adjacent residential areas. The project required full drylining works and a comprehensive electrical and mechanical installation. Additionally, we completed a full security and fire system installation, ensuring safety and compliance for the end user.

Moving forward, we conducted a full AC installation. Addressing issues with the existing building, we replaced all roller shutters and external doors, ensuring both functionality and security. As the project moved towards completion, we then focused on completing the decoration for the back of the house and front areas.

New vinyl graphics were installed to add Star Sports branding and clear signage across the shop, including the machine areas,counter, TV gantry, football, and Lottery areas. Moreover, we were responsible for installing new signage at the front of the shop to help it stand out on the high street. We installed new flooring throughout and strategically placed TVs and screens at high-traffic points.

We are delighted to contribute another expertly completed betting shop to the continuously expanding Star Sports portfolio.
